AUREON Growth Partners Ltd ("AUREON", "we", "us") is a company registered in Mauritius. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you contact us, book a training session or request information, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details you choose to share with us, such as your preferred training date or number of seats.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
respond to your enquiry and send you the information you requested, such as a course brochure;
confirm and manage your booking, including invoicing and payment;
contact you about the service you booked or asked about.
We will only send you news about our other services if you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, booking and accounting tools), and only for the purposes above, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, and booking and invoicing records for as long as Mauritian law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2017, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or withdraw consent for its use. To exercise these rights, email us at info@aureongpl.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
